Of particular interest this month on the website for the Production Designers Collective (www .productiondesignerscollective.org) is the Monthly Design Review, where Inbal Weinberg explores the world of infographics over the past two centuries, as it has expanded to take a major role in the visual world around us. Each Monthly Design Review is essentially a book list of recommended resources, both current and classic, on a given topic. The current installment features a new book by infographic pioneer Fritz Kahn, resources from the Library of Congress and a link to a website dedicated to the subject. Among the several books mentioned is The Book of Trees, an amazing collection of trees used to diagram information.
