Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select ◗ 1 oz. St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur ◗ 1 oz. Martinelli's Apple Cider ◗ ¼ oz. fresh lemon juice ◗ ¼ oz. housemade allspice syrup (cinnamon, all- spice berries, star anise, black pepper, cardamom and cloves steeped in 1:1 simple syrup) ◗ 1 barspoon pure unsweetened apple butter Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake and double-strain into a chilled six-ounce goblet glass rimmed with caramel sauce and dipped in crushed salted peanuts.
