This was one of three hand-painted backings used around the tank on Stage 30 at Sony for Hail, Caesar! (Jess Gonchor, Production Designer). All in, there were eight new backings created for the film, painted by Scenic Artist Don MacDonald. The sketch was generated at JC Backings.
