were moments when it felt so real. If you closed your eyes, it was hard to believe you were on a soundstage. We took care not to keep the extras on the train too long during shooting days, to avoid motion sickness. The train was built in a large soundstage in Yonkers, about twenty minutes north of Manhattan. This allowed space for the train set with full green screen all around, along with the interior of the upstairs of both hero houses, another two-story apartment, and a municipal bathroom. The construction team included coordinator Joe Alfieri and Scenic Charge Alex Gorodetsky. The stage was right by the train tracks and right on the Hudson River, which was appropriate and a great setting for feeling the energy of the world we were shooting in. Every day, the commute would get all of us into the spirit of the film. Quite often, we would ride the train up and back to work, staring out the window, imagining what the lives of the people in the houses we passed were likeā€¦ ADG Kevin Thompson, Production Designer Deborah Jensen, Art Director Alex Chrysikos, Michael Auszura, Nithya Shrinivasan, Assistant Art Directors Edward A.
