BEAM GLOBAL SPIRITS & WINE 92 Djabel Absinth, Czech Republic ($64) Dark electric green color ; powerful nose of peppermint and anise; intense anise flavor and lovely notes of mint and great complexity; surprisingly smooth and nicely balanced.
