As the clouds rolled in and the air got colder, we curled up in our blankets and dreamed about rum cocktails on the beach. With cold hands and warm hearts, we descended upon Denver eatery Acorn, where we gathered some of Colorado's top mixologists and influencers to sample six rums, both neat and in cocktails. So while our dreams of laying on the beach were not to be realized, with each brand's ten-minute presentation, we inched closer and closer to paradise. Mile High City's Rum Rendezvous
