Lee Peppinck of The Living Room is the correct winner. His winning cocktail is below: SUMMER SIPPER ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ 1½ oz. Bombay Sapphire 3 oz. cucumber consommé* ½ oz. Martini Bianco ½ oz. Pimms No. 1 ¾ oz. lavender and coriander simple syrup 3 fresh lemon wedges Muddle lemon in cocktail shaker, add liquors and simple syrup to shaker and fill with ice. Stir contents and double-strain into a Burgundy wine glass and garnish with an edible flower. *Seed and skin a cucumber, then juice. Freeze 12 hours; thaw and strain through cheesecloth.
