Doesn't seem like it though, does it? The good news is we're still on the planet! And Plin is your son Alexander's new restaurant. Yes, his second one, after Seven Hills. My wife Joanne did the interior. I have been helping out here and working on the wine list. Alexander is really dedicated to taking his cuisine and your dining experience to the next level. More modern Italian dishes mixed with some of the classics. "I'm a traditionalist. I want the wine to taste like where it came from. I love French Chablis. It's expressive, delicious and you can taste the chalk in every glass. In the modern world of winemaking, anything can be manipulated. I love wines that are true to their region and style." A Conversation with Nunzio Alioto, MS
