Judges’ Choice Winner Carlo Splendorini from Gitane Restaurant & Bar Fan Favorite David Ruiz from Mr. Smith’s HARLEM Marmalade “SF Late Summer Night” Ingredients: HARLEM Kruiden Liqueur, lemon juice, Mission fig reduction and muddled lemon thyme. Candied fig made a sensational garnish. Ingredients: HARLEM Kruiden Liqueur, lemon Juice and a barspoon of homemade triple citrus orange marmalade. Add HARLEM and fresh lemon to a shaker. Add marmalade and ice. Shake very hard to break the marmalade down. Double-strain into an ice-cold shot glass.
