CORRECTIONS In our August issue, we wrote that SushiSamba pairs saké cocktails with bluefin tuna. SushiSamba voluntarily removed endangered bluefin from its menu in March. In our September story on Lodi, the name of Layne Montgomery, owner of m2Wines, was misspelled. In the same story, Ripken Winery and Ripken family members’ names were misspelled. Susan Ripken graduated from Columbia College, Missouri (not Columbia University) after attending Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and is a third-genera- tion winegrower. The Ripkens grow more than 50 varieties of grapes, not five, as we erroneously reported.
