Talia Spencer is a concept artist specializing in environments and sets for sci-fi and fantasy feature film. She studied at Art Center College of Design under the program in entertainment design, and mentored for several years under Rick Carter. She has since worked on a variety of projects including pitches for Dean Israelite, Ryan Belenzon and various theme parks. Her focus is on the visual communication of story and how environments reflect the characters that inhabit them. A B C
