"The more often you move, the greater the beneit for your body." To that end, both Peters and Davtyan warn against easing up on your exercise routine even after you've started to move more at work. For instance, says Peters, taking time out for exercise is a powerful way to unwind and shake off the stress that's built up throughout your workday.
