A: To be eligible for the random sample selection of nominating committees, you must have paid your November dues of the prior year before the February deadline. To better all members' chances, if you've served on a committee, you can't be drawn for that committee again for eight years. SUNDAY, DEC. 11 – Nominating Committees voting deadline
