Mumm at Churchill Downs A ctor Josh Duhamel attended the 142nd Annual Kentucky Derby on Saturday as a guest of G. H. Mumm, the official Champagne of the Derby. When he wasn't watching the races from Mumm's turf suite, Josh showed his skills sabering champagne bottles, and even signed a 6L/Methuselah bottle for charity ($200 for each signature was donated to the Churchill Downs Incorporated Foundation). Jockey Mario Gutierrez also got in on the celebration— participat- ing in the iconic Champagne spray in the Winner's Circle after he rode Nyquist to victory. Saying Goodbye R ecognized among the world's great winemakers, Manuel Lozano's passion, commitment, expertise and success leave an unforget- table legacy. Since joining Bodega Lustau in 1999, Lozano took pride in con- tinuing the traditions of his predecessors to dedicate his whole life to Sherry wines. "It has been an honor and privilege to work with and learn from this exceptional man," stated Myrna Santos Mayor, North American Director for Lustau. "On behalf of the entire team at Bodegas Lustau and the Luis Caballero Group we wish to express our sincere appreciation for your outpouring of affection and kind condolences extended to us during this difficult time." MUMM Manuel Lozano, Head Winemaker and Chief Enologist of Bodega Lustau Sherries and Brandies, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016 after suffering from complications following a recent medical procedure. He was 61.
