Attending the NEA Women and Minority Leadership Conference by invitation of Andrew Morrill was valuable and inspiring. I am ready to serve AEA at the NEA assembly and continue to build my activism and leadership skills. I am the currently Region 12 director and President of Sierra Vista Classroom Teachers Association and member of the eSWAG advisory Board.
