As we usher in the New Year only one thing is certain, if you want to play the game you have to be in the know. In an age where knowledge is just a mouse click away, having your facts straight is one of the most important competitive edges you can have. Each player acts as the dealer for one or two hands before the button is passed. Therefore you end up playing against the other opponents at the table rather than a "house dealer." When a player has the "house button" they don't IS BLACK JACK LEGAL IN L.A.? 6
