Open to entertainment industry professionals residing in Los Angeles County. Wednesday, March 7 – Getting and Keeping Health Insurance. Monthly seminar for the entertainment industry and performing arts and visual arts communities who want to know their options for obtaining affordable health insurance and health care in the Los Angeles area. Participants will learn to use the Artists Health Insurance Resources Center website (ahirc.org) Registration is encouraged. Wednesday, March 7 – SAG-AFTRA One Union Proposed Merger Informational/ Educational Meeting. Shape the future of your union: Learn more about the proposed merger of SAG and AFTRA. Ballots were mailed on February 27 to all eligible SAG and AFTRA members to vote on this historic change for the unions. Learn the facts, so that you can cast an informed vote. Museum Square Building (SAG and AFTRA Headquarters), 5757 Wilshire Blvd. Promenade, Lobby Level, Los Angeles, CA 900376. 7-9 p.m. Parking will be validated. There will be time for Q&A, so please bring your questions. The meeting is only open to paid-up SAG and AFTRA members in good standing. Unfortunately, no guests allowed.
