Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky ◗ ¾ oz. Brancamenta ◗ 1 oz. clementine juice ◗ ¾ oz. lemon-verbena-cinnamon syrup ◗ 2 /3 oz. lemon juice Spray three spritzes of Laphroaig 10 Year Old Islay Malt and place a cut up cinnamon stick into coupe. Light with blowtorch and cover for 20 seconds while you shake cocktail with five ice cubes. Double strain into coupe and serve.
