The greatly expanded fourth edition includes exclusive color pho- tography, plus in-depth information on every major cigar brand and cigar-making region in the world, including the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Honduras, Cuba and even China. Beginning with the history of cigar smoking, chapters cover cigar making, cigar selection, smoking techniques, accessories, pairing spirits and wines with cigars and an updated CigarSpeak dictionary. Off-premise accounts interested in purchasing the book for resale should contact Kathryn Mennone, Director of Special Markets at kmen- none@skyhorsepublishing.com, or phone her at (860) 664-0344. Beers of Mexico HEINEKEN USA has announced the return of the Beers of Mexico variety pack, which includes Dos Equis Lager, Tecate, Sol and newcomer Dos Equis Roja—a distinctive red lager crafted with Mexican malted barley and hops. This latest version of the Beers of Mexico pack will be avail- able in 12 and 24 packs starting August 1. To build awareness and encourage purchase of the latest Beers of Mexico variety pack, custom-designed "Bring Something New to the Party" case stackers and POS elements will be available to merchandise retail shelves, floors and cold boxes. The Beers of Mexico program runs August through December 2015. All Things Beer F rom Jeff Alworth, the author of The Beer Tasting Toolkit, The Beer Bible (Workman Publishing, $20.95) endows beer lovers everywhere the same incredible depth and scope of information that Karen Macneil's The Wine Bible gave to enophiles. Geared towards: passionate beginners, who will love its "if you like X, try Y" feature; for intermediate beer lovers eager to go deeper; and for true geeks, who will find new information on every page, the book is divided into four major fami- lies—ales, lagers, wheat beers and tart and wild ales—covering the history, the art of tasting, backstories and anecdotes, appropriate glassware, bitter- ness units, mouthfeel, hundreds of different authentic types of brews and more. Knowledge is pleasure, after all!
