Here's how it works: On Friday, December 30, all paid-up members residing in the U.S. will be mailed a postcard with the secure Web address of our online voting application. To maintain a secure login, we will not print your member ID or your PIN on the postcard. The online voting application will allow you to access your unique PIN number via the Web. For SAG members without an Internet connection, paper ballots are still available on request. To obtain a paper ballot, call our automated toll free line at (877) 610-8637. You will be asked for your SAG ID number, so please have it ready. Note that while you may request a paper ballot early, ONLY those members who pay their November 2011 dues by December 16 will receive one. All requests for paper ballots must be made by 5 p.m. (PT) January 16, 2012. If you return a paper ballot, you may not vote online.
