Celebrating 150 Years with Charles Krug Winery P eter Mondavi, Jr., co-owner of Napa Valley’s Charles Krug Winery, won’t be spending much time at home this year. New in Town M CM MY CY CMY K oving from Texas to Southern California may seem like a bit of a culture shock, but for the new Director of Wine at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, the international language of wine, and of education customers about wine, helps soften the blow. “It’s great,” laughs Maeve Pesquera, who comes to Newport Beach, CA with ambi- tions of keeping wine accessible at this famed eatery. Maeve Pesquera is the new Director of Wine for Fleming’s.
