Michelle (CSM) and Dr. Loosen recently hosted the fourth annual Riesling Rendezvous at CSM's headquarters in Woodinville and the Bell Harbor International Conference Center in Seattle. Running from July 14 through 16, this event brought together leading experts, producers and enthusiasts from around the world to explore Riesling's unique versatility, discuss its advancement and foster relationships among producers and enthusiasts of what might be the most terroir-driven white wine grape. After opening remarks by Ted Baseler, President of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, and noted Riesling authority Stuart Pigott, the conference properly began with a Grand Tasting for trade and consumers.
