LMGI COMPASS
|
Fall 2026
"From the moment I arrived,
everyone went out of their
way to make me feel part
of the LMGI family. It was
more than worth the trip,
and I'm truly grateful for the
experience."
–Irene Manrique Matin/LMGI,
nominee,
Young Sherlock (UK)
"The LMGI continues to do
a fantastic job of bringing us
all together and that's why I
feel it's so important for those
of us from the UK to make
the trip out to LA and keep
ourselves relevant and part
of the greater LMGI family.
The show is on a really big
bright stage, and it gives us all
something to strive for."
–Naomi Liston/LMGI, nominee,
A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms (UK)
"Great to see location professionals getting
recognized for their creative contributions—a
wonderful and worthy pursuit as location
professionals is vital to the creative process. It
was nice to see the collaboration between Vince
and his location team on full display.
"Mike Fantasia's career is unimaginably
successful and impressive!"
"Food was great! And it was a wonderful space!
I especially enjoyed meeting the Chief of War
team. Such wonderful people!!! And they did
such an amazing job! A small tidbit—the Broad
Theatre used to be Madison Elementary School
and I attended there! It was wild to be there
experiencing the show when decades past I was a
young kid starting my journey in life!!! "
–Eric Fierstein, nominee,
Beef (California)
"I had incredible, inspiring conversations with
people responsible for helping create my favorite
TV show and movies. There's nothing else like
it that spotlights and celebrates our unique,
creative craft. And to see Mike Fantasia receive
the lifetime achievement award! We give so
much of our lives to this role in production, it's
special to see the industry give some recognition
back where it's deserved."
