O R G 17 Events Wrap-Up b y C a r o l T h o m a s CAS Atlanta Mixers Mixer On Sunday, September 14, the Cinema Audio Society hosted the Atlanta Mixers Mixer at Wild Heaven Beer: West End Brewery & Gardens. More than 40 CAS members and guests gathered over a giant taco buffet, North Georgia wines, craft beers, cocktails and mocktails, and more. The lively lounge on Atlanta's Beltline Southwest Trail made for a perfect setting for members and friends to reconnect, network, and discuss! A raffle capped off the festivities, with prizes including two tickets to the 62nd CAS Awards, a picnic blanket, a paddleball set, and more. Cheers and applause echoed as winners were announced, closing out another memorable CAS gathering. Some raffle winners included Aron Siegel who won the (2) CAS 62nd Award tickets, Charles German who won the paddleball set, and Avery Shields who won the fuzzy picnic blanket and more. The Atlanta Mixers Mixer was yet another reminder that CAS gatherings are more than just parties, they are a celebration of craft, creativity, and the strong connections that unite our audio community. Thank you to all who helped put the event together and those who joined us for this fantastic event.
