If everyone makes a decision with honesty and with empathy for the whole team, then I trust them, we all trust them, and we all trust each other. In the event that something goes wrong, there's a unified team that will help address the error. So far there haven't been any errors, nothing major anyway. Harmony prevails even in the hardest, most intense moments throughout the season and that brings the best out of every single one of us. The structure is solid, the organism is alive, the organism is at work in the most efficient way, regardless of the actual circumstances. A relaxed and fearless organism! Fearlessness is such an achievement, especially with the approach of the infamous AI (artificial intelligence). For that matter, our philosophy orbits around the apparently contradictory concept that WRONG IS RIGHT! This concept has many positive effects within the team. Firstly, it empowers. How can you ever make a mistake if wrong is right? This attitude of responsibility and honesty, which prevails in our industry, is so strong that it generates a snowball effect of successful actions. So, when I claim that wrong is right, I don't intend for things have to be badly done, I claim that humans are not perfect. That's what makes us unique. Trying to achieve perfection creates sets that look more like sets, just like the images generated by AI. Fake. In the 9-1-1 Art Department, we allow all those imperfections to coexist within the image—maybe because we have no other option. As I said before, producing images in motion goes faster than ever nowadays. The formula may not be perfect, but that's the beauty of it, and so far, it works. We are currently preparing 9-1-1 season 9. It's a privilege for us to share a glimpse of our work belonging to the eighteen episodes of 9-1-1 season 8 in PERSPECTIVE. Our selection A.
