MOTIONPICTUREC O S T U M E R S .O R G 43 43 a hard thing to discuss. I firmly believe that they change with each show. Don't get me wrong, not all of them do, but again, this is why I feel like my adaptability is the most important aspect I bring to supervising. Treat each other with kindness and grace and always be upfront about what you need or what you find lacking. Give others the opportunity to adjust before painting them as not seasoned enough or bad at their job. Respect for each other, our time, our need to always learn new tactics/skills, and the willingness to teach each other and discuss these things are what I believe to be the most effective policies and practices in growing a strong team. Agatha All Along filmed in Los Angeles and Atlanta, what were the logistics of having a production shoot in two different states? WRIGLEY: Filming in different states has a lot to do with manpower and shipping. Since I had already been in LA for 14 years, finding great people was simple. I'm grateful that I had also been in Atlanta for two years and since I was coming straight off of Echo and going into Agatha, I already had people in place on that end as well. Utilizing others within our union and having those friendly relationships are a massive key in being able to transition from location to location. I find relying on recommendations from others who have worked in different locations is an asset of our community that should not be overlooked. I'm looking forward to meeting other skilled, talented, and friendly people from around the world that my fellow Costumers have had excellent experiences with. After years of home sewing, she took pattern making night courses at West Valley Occupational Center while also studying for a degree in anthropology. Eventually, she moved onto LA Trade Tech to further her pattern making and construction education and studied under Dora Robinson, from whom she learned many techniques that she used throughout her career. She began her costuming career at NBC Television (now Burbank Studios) and worked there for 13 years Some of the Agatha All Along crew with the Agatha Dress: Adrienne Martinez, Emma Agajani, Marilyn Madsen, Klara Farberov, Katherine Hoang Couture basics were used on the costumes for Agatha All Along: Agatha Coat tailoring process, (right) back of the coat.
