LUIS: She wanted us to use the resources they had when they first made the original movies. She really liked how that looked, and she tried to find ways to emulate the same thing without using too much technology. It was more "How can we do this by hand? Can we do the stitches by hand? Can we do embroidery? I don't want to do prints. I don't want to do screen printing." She always tried to find ways to make it a little more crafty or authentic. CQ asked the Costumers of Ahsoka to talk about some of the most memorable characters of the series. The Great Mothers Luis: Shawna really liked working with silk fabrics, and I feel like red was the color of the season. We were each given a witch—Zandra Harding, Rob Ritter, and Vicki Avery— we each got a witch. Zandra had already started, but she was also doing other background stuff too— we all had like 20 projects. I ended up taking over her witch Klothow. She had all the base layers, she had the shape, and then I got to build on top of that. It was all the detail and all of the layers.
