The DGA-Producer Pension and Health Plans will be hosting a health fair and free fl u shot clinics exclusively for DGA members and their families (regardless of Health Plan coverage status) in New York. This event will feature: A First-Ever Blood Drive This year, for the fi rst time, the DGA Plans will be hosting a Blood Drive alongside the Health Fair. Your donation will not confl ict with getting the fl u shot, and both can occur on the same day. The Blood Drive will be open from 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., however, a minimum of 50 donors is needed to move forward. Once the minimum number of sign-ups is reached, interested parties will receive an email with details on how to schedule their appointment. Free Flu Shots Due to popular demand, fl u shots will be available until 6:00 p.m. Reservations for these free fl u shots are required and can be made online at www.dgaplans.org/fl ushots. For assistance booking a reservation, email fl ushots@dgaplans.org or call (323) 866-2216. These fl u shots are available to all DGA members and their dependents age 13 and over. The DGA Foundation is covering the cost of the fl u shots for participants not covered under the Health Plan. The available vaccine options are the standard dose, preservative-free for those who are pregnant or nursing, and high-dose for individuals age 65 and older. myPHP Information Booth • Learn about the myPHP benefi ts portal, where Health and Pension Plans participants can access their personal benefi ts information — including Health Plan eligibility, medical claims, employer contributions, estimated pension benefi t accruals and more — wherever you have internet access! • New myPHP subscribers and current myPHP subscribers who change to paperless delivery of myPHP documents will be entered into a raffl e drawing for an Apple HomePod smart speaker. Pension & Health Meetings in New York From Wednesday, October 16 through Thursday, October 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the DGA-Producer Pension and Health Plans will be conducting informational sessions with DGA members in New York. DGA-PPHP Pension Manager Ed Bohm and Health Plan Eligibility Manager Maggie Der-Minassian will answer your pension and health benefi ts questions in private 30-minute meetings. A reservation is required. These sessions will take place at the DGA New York Offi ces. Check-in is at the 6th Floor reception desk.
