Expanding convention center meeting space, creating more accommodations for conference attendees with hotel renovations and providing visitors with a plethora of engaging activities to indulge in on off time all play a role in enticing groups of all sizes to consider their destination. Many Northeastern destinations have or are currently undergoing major new developments and expansions to grab the attention of group and leisure travelers alike. Regions like the Tri- State area and D.C., Baltimore areas have upgraded and created attractive meet- ing venues for events of all sizes that Meeting Planners can't help but con- sider bringing their client's next event to.
