She values our public school educators, who are some of the most trusted and respected people in every community. "She knows that to attract and retain the best teachers and education support professionals to support students, we need to pay our educators like the professionals they are and give them the respect they deserve," said AEA President Marisol Garcia. "I am a proud union member, a teacher, and a mom of a student in one of Arizona's amazing public schools.
