MEDIA ACCESS AWARDS
SAG-AFTRA member Selma Blair at the
Media Access Awards on Nov. •. Blair, alongside
the SAG-AFTRA Harold Russell Award recipient
Troy Kotsur (CODA), Zeno Mountain Farm (Best
Summer Ever) and John Krasinski (A Quiet Place II)
were among those recognized for their advocacy
for persons with disabilities in the industry
during the awards' ‰nd ceremony. In ‹, Blair
revealed that she was diagnosed with multiple
sclerosis, and the documentary Introducing,
Selma Blair follows her journey as she adapts
to the disease and undergoes treatment. "This
award … means the most to me, because, in this
time, from diagnosis till now … I've really been
transformed by feeling and seeing the world with
a completely di'erent perspective," she said.
