he next mural we were oered was a repaint of
The Seven Year Itch. he 0foot by 20foot stage
wall was prepared down to the plaster and we
started new. his time it was only Jim atranis
and I painting for eight weeks. We used the same
process for the drawing and the mural was painted
completely in highgrade artist acrylic Nova
Color. hen we sealed it for sun protection. Since
the subect was Marilyn Monroe, we had constant
visitors stopping by and expressing how much
they loved the mural and how happy they were
that it was being redone, and not replaced by
another image. No ceremony, but a lot of happy
faces.
