Founded by the former general manager of Morton's steakhouse, the Winery has 650 pairing suggestions and bottles with great steaks and seafood. Private dining events all come with custom menus crafted by the Winery's chefs. With custom marble flooring and a 16-foot English walnut-stained, custom-milled wood ceiling, the 350-square-foot Napa room is also utilized as a chef's tasting room, and can accommodate up to 24 guests. It's outfitted with a dual-sided entrance and a private entrance to the restaurant patio. The Sonoma room is 400 square feet, and also can accommodate up to 24 guests. The handmade doors come from Spain; there are two viewing windows that look out onto the cellar. The room is equipped with audio visual equipment. For a touch of whimsy at your next event, have the Crispy Lobster-Red Wine Risotto Lollipops served. Cigar fans will love the Havana humidor patio with flat screen television. T outed as having some of the friendliest staff in Orange County diners of W's China Bistro are often shocked to go from suburban Irvine into a chic urban restaurant and bar. Traditional Chinese options include potstickers, sesame chicken, fried rice, Chur Fun, and honey walnut prawns, while on the fusion side, W's serves up options like ravioli, spare ribs, calamari or lamb.
