Go to sagaftra.org to make sure the SAG-AFTRA Membership Department has your current address and telephone number. That goes for email too. Make sure SAG-AFTRA has your correct email address. And to make sure emails don't go to spam, add sagaftracommunications@ sagaftra.org and the domains sagaftra.org, sagaftralist.org and sagawards.org to your safe or approved senders list. Q HOW CAN I BE CHOSEN FOR A NOMINATING COMMITTEE? A Nominating committee members are chosen at random. The only requirement is that you must have paid your November dues of the prior year before the February deadline. Those selected for the 24th Annual SAG Awards committees were notified on March 20 and were given three weeks to accept. To better members' chances, those who have served on a committee cannot be drawn for that committee again for eight years. SUNDAY, DEC. 10 – Nominating Committees voting deadline Nominations balloting closes at 5 p.m. PT. Q WHERE ARE MY SCREENERS AND ONLINE VIEWING CODES? A It's up to the studios, networks and nominees to decide how they will make their performances available for viewing by our eligible voting members. This could be by screenings, screeners, downloads or not at all. Be sure to check sagawards.org/voting for the latest information. WEDNESDAY, DEC. 13 – Watch live as SAG-AFTRA President Gabrielle Carteris joins special guests to ANNOUNCE THE NOMINATIONS. 6:50 a.m. PT / 9:50 a.m. ET – SAG Awards Committee Chair JoBeth Williams and committee member Elizabeth McLaughlin will announce the nominees for Outstanding Action Performance by a Film and Television Stunt Ensemble, shown live on sagawards.tntdrama.com and sagawards.org. 7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m. ET – Special guests will announce the Actor ® nominations, shown live on TNT, TBS and truTV, and online at sagawards.tntdrama.com, truTV.com and sagawards.org. DECEMBER 2017 Sunday, Jan. 21 IT'S SHOWTIME 3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET – Watch the 24th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards Red Carpet Pre- Show live webcast, featuring the Stunt Ensemble honors recipients announcement. 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET – Watch the 24th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony live simulcast on TNT and TBS. FRIDAY, DEC. 1 – Dues, eligibility and member information deadline Make sure you're a SAG-AFTRA member in good standing. If you're not, you won't receive For Your Consideration materials and you won't be able to vote. Your November 2017 dues must be received by SAG-AFTRA by Dec. 1 for you to be eligible to: Vote once balloting opens on Tuesday, Dec. 19. Receive any For Your Consideration materials from the studios and networks once nominations have been announced. JANUARY 2018 MONDAY, JAN. 8 – Paper ballot request deadline We encourage you to go green and vote online, but if you must, today's the last day to request a paper final ballot by calling (800) 961-8287. Have your SAG-AFTRA member ID ready. Friday, JAN. 19 – VOTING DEADLINE It's now or never! Final votes must be cast online or paper ballots received by the elections firm by noon PT.
