This 3-mile fun run will begin at 8 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning. Individuals can illuminate a light on the holiday tree by making a donation of any amount. Gis received will support Torrance Memorial Hospice and Bereavement Programs. In addition to a reading of names, the ceremony includes a food and wine reception. These chair exercises include posture, breath work, strengthening, stretching, resistance training and mental awareness. $36/four-week session. Preregistration is required. It's ideal for those recovering from injury or illness, or just starting out with yoga and interested in postural alignment. $36/four-week series; preregistration is required.
