4 4 | PULSE Fa l l 2 0 1 7 F L A S H TORRANCE MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT June 5 | Palos Verdes Golf Club Proceeds from the 31st annual Torrance Memorial Golf Tournament, held at the Palos Verdes Golf Club, will help fund renovations of the North Patient Tower to benefit women's and pediatric services. Clear skies and a gentle breeze welcomed guests teeing off for 18 holes, and the tournament was a sold-out success. The day kicked off with a putting contest and concluded with a cocktail reception, silent auction, dinner and awards banquet. City National Bank once again served as the tournament sponsor. Don Douthwright served as the tournament chair. The honorary chair was the late George L.
