We are also creating stronger alliances with other unions which enables us to attack the issues on a larger scale. Our success with organizing audiobooks is an example of how these kinds of efforts can pay off in a big way. Q: What's one thing you wish members knew about the union? A: The union is there for you — not only when you're starting out, but throughout your career. There will be times when you feel it's more relevant to you than others, but it's always there.
