36 The Costume Designer Summer 2017 IN FOCUS BOLDFACE NAMES BFN - WORK CD Lorraine Carson is new designing The Exorcist project as the show's new storyline finds the hero has now traveled from Chicago in Season 1 to the Pacific Northwest Seattle area for Season 2. This season opens under the direction of Jason Ensler, with a powerful international cast that includes Ben Daniels, Alfonso Herrera, and Kurt Egyiawan. Just two weeks before shoot, actors were arriving from various parts of the world, causing a very short turnaround of fittings before they all flew off to Comic-Con, coming back only days before camera rolled. Although Carson has designed horror features and miniseries before, she has not designed this genre for a series, and is looking forward to the new set of challenges that episodic horror brings. CD Lorraine Carson and her team Menendez Murders crew: Costume supervisor Valerie Lavern- Cooper, key principal truck Susan Nininger, director Lesli Linka Glatter, CD Hope Hanafin, and ACD Ivy Thaide CD Hope Hanafin is designing Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders, re-creating the 1989 murders that stunned the nation and the highly publicized trial, arguably one of the most controversial of that decade. With her on this eight-episode miniseries is CDG Secretary Ivy Thaide as ACD, and dual-card holders CD Valerie Laven-Cooper as supervisor and CD Susan Nininger as key principal truck costumer. Starring Edie Falco as Leslie Abramson and Josh Charles as Dr. Oziel, we are preparing to be shocked again.
