140 LESO FUNDRAISING EVENT - 2016 BIKE PROLOGUE Long-time supporters of the Torch Run may remember the Bike Prologue from several years ago. After a decade-long absence, the Bike Prologue made a comeback in 2016 to mark the 30th anniversary of the Law Enforcement Torch Run! Bikes started from Rehoboth Elementary, heading south on SR 1 escorted by patrol cars and police motorcycles through Dewey Beach and over the Indian River Inlet Bridge. Upon their return, bike riders mustered before a police-escorted departure to the Delaware Law Enforcement Torch Run Opening Ceremony at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand. DELAWARE
