torrancememorial.org PULSE | 21 CA L E N DA R NOVEMBER 19 INNER CORE FITNESS 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Classes focus on awareness, imagery and relaxation exercises. This revolutionary program uses neuromuscular retraining (imagery and visualization techniques) coupled with anatomy awareness to trigger an involuntary activation of your inner core. You will learn how to relieve tension and stress by moving the right part of your body and to strengthen your inner corset, which is responsible for the peeing, the pain and the pooch. Minimal movement, so it's perfect for those women who are unable to do regular exercise due to: back, knee, hip or shoulder pain; leaking urine; prolapse; hernias; or those who simply want flatter abs and better sex without pills, pads, surgery or Kegels. Fee is $30.
