Rumors began circulating in the late summer of 2014 that a remake of Ghostbusters was in the works. Things got much more interesting when Paul Feig was named as the director, and that it would feature four women as the central characters. I first worked with Paul Feig when he was the creator of the television series Freaks and Geeks. That experience led to numerous projects together over the years, from television and commercials to features such as Bridesmaids, The Heat and Spy. I was very pleased to get a call from Paul in November 2014 expressing an interest in having me design the new Ghostbusters.
