With over 20 years experience in the industry, Zahodne brings a depth of technical knowledge. She served as president of the Spec Howard School of Media Arts, and has been involved in a number of start-ups. Her expertise includes both Adobe- and Avid-based post production, as well as live production workflows. MIKE GULLO, LIANA ROSENBERG Audio post production com- pany Sound Lounge has pro- moted Mike Gullo from senior producer to EP. He will now oversee all production and growth efforts surrounding Sound Lounge's core business. This includes mixing, sound design and casting for television and radio commercials, digital content, and interactive media. Sound Lounge has also added producer Liana Rosenberg to its production staff. She was formerly with Hyperbolic Audio and will be responsible for client relations, accounting, and helping to oversee production. ANNICK MAYER Butter Music + Sound has promoted Annick Mayer to executive producer at their Los Angeles studio. She's been with Butter for nearly four years, serving as a senior producer in New York, and later as a part of the team that launched the LA office. Mayer has a background in both music and adver- tising. She studied at the Berklee College of Music, eventually making her way to New York City, where she graduated from The New School. She got her start at music marketing firm Sneak Attack Media, and later segued into journalism. In 2010, she shifted into the advertising world. She officially joined the Butter team in 2012. SCOTT MURRAY Nevada City, CA-based Telestream, provider of digital media tools and workflow solutions, recently hired broadcast technology industry veteran Scott Murray as a product manager for the company's flagship Vantage media processing platform. Murray will be responsi- ble for managing the development of the Vantage framework. He has over three decades' experience in the broadcast equipment business, driving product strategy, marketing and engineering development. For the last 15 years, he's held several senior management, marketing and development positions at Grass Valley, most recently as its VP for switchers & routers. SABRINA ELIZONDO The Santa Monica design and digital production studio Timber had added executive producer Sabrina Elizondo. Bringing years of experience to her new role, Elizondo jumped right into the mix of Timber projects, including TV spots and promos. She joins Timber after spending 10 years at some of the industry's top studios, including The Mill, Method, Arsenal FX, Brand New School, Woodshop and Stardust. Elizondo is a gradu- ate of Loyola Marymount. She then entered the advertising/marketing industry directly. She also has served every four years as a senior broadcast liaison for HBS, instrumental in producing the World Cup. ANDY ZAZZERA CG director Andy Zazzera has joined Nice Shoes Creative Studio in New York City. He previously worked with SpeakeasyFX, Sarofsky Corp, and Buck, where he contributed to projects for Capri Sun, Huggies, Verizon and Oreo. His experience also extends to many of Marvel's latest hits. He led production for the title sequences for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Ant-Man. Zazzera previ- ously collaborated with Nice Shoes Creative Studio in the Summer of 2015 on visual effects shots for Aetna's online film Dreams Reclaimed, Lionsgate's feature film Urge, and the open for Nitehawk Cinema's 2015 Shorts Festival. MATT OSBORNE Colorist Matt Osborne has joined The Mill's Chicago team, moving over from the studio's London location. Osborne joins the Midwest office at a period of rapid expansion. The Mill Chicago is planning a relocation at the end of Q1 to a larger studio at the landmark 1KFulton building. Osborne has a diverse portfolio and frequently grades for top directors. Highlights include working with Frederik Bond on H&M's "Essentials for Everyone" campaign, Johnny Green on Sky's Sky Q, and Darren Aronofsky for Hugo Boss' The Scent. Additional brand work includes projects for Adidas, Beats, Audi and Chevy. He also loves to take on color-driven music videos. STÉPHANE PEREIRA Los Angeles-based Cutters Studios has added fea- ture film, television and commercial editor Stéphane Pereira to its staff. Pereira began handling projects with Cutters over the past six months, and the success of those collaborations paved the way for the new relationship. He is well-known globally for his work with leading directors and agencies in the commercial field, and for editing many feature films, TV programs and shorts. At press time, he was completing the forthcoming narrative feature from director Julien Rambaldi, for whom he edited the short Scotch (2003) and the feature film Les meilleurs amis du monde (2010). Pereira also edited direc- tor Alain Chabat's Asterix and Obelix Meet Cleopatra (2002) starring Gerard Depardieu and Monica Belucci. Gullo Rosenberg
