the interior of the Red Well Bookstore, a small local bookstore
owned by Railly's eclectic and well-traveled grandparents. Closed
down after they died, it becomes the heroes' safe house. Like the
other permanent sets, it is built on stage in Toronto at Cinespace
Studios West. Opposite page, top to bottom: Markridge Lab is an
unethical biotech company, responsible for manufacturing the
weaponized M5-10 virus which causes the pandemic that wipes
out 98.8% of the world's population. The Markridge boardroom
is where Leland Goine's daughter Jennifer, takes control of the
company; built at Cinespace Studios West, and shown in another
Kong/Mott collaborative illustration. Sen. Royce's office set,
supposedly on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
