Brockett began his career at SAG in 1996 at the New York office in production development and later served as interim co-director of SAGindie. He joined the SAG Awards in 1998. Rosalind Jarrett Sepulveda, executive in charge of publicity, gets the word out to all of Hollywood and beyond. She's a 17-year SAG Awards veteran, so she has experienced the metamorphosis from phone calls and faxes to the Twittering world of social media, mobile messaging, cameras everywhere and having the SAG Awards website becoming a central port of call for journalists, bloggers, vloggers and every other kind of reporter. Jarrett Sepulveda credits her team with keeping the SAG Awards on the cutting edge of communication, but she ensures that accuracy and humanity don't get lost in the digital ecosystem. Her accomplishments have been recognized with a Women's Image Network Award in 2013, the ICG Publicists Bob Yeager Award for community service in 2011, and the Publicists Guild's 1986 and 1991 Maxwell Weinberg Showmanship Awards. Connell surveys her surroundings, a beehive of activity near to many of the movie and television studios, with justifiable pride at the team she oversees. "It humbles me to realize how many of these talented people come together, some of them for many years in a row, to work on the Screen Actors Guild Awards," she says. "It's a wonderful team and I love that we're creating an evening that gives actors the opportunity to celebrate their peers in the artistry and craft of being an actor."
