WHAT COUNTS You might not expect beer to change the world. It likely won't, but baby steps are important. Breweries like Chico-based Sierra Nevada promote greater water conservation efforts, and still more brewers now support the Climate Declaration, an effort to create more socially responsible booze. That's the new face of the revolution, so raise a glass, just make sure it's an organic product. You might even enjoy a Kombucha Beer.
