The law invests an additional $2.4 billion annually in roads, bridges, highways, transit systems, ports, bike paths and other areas. A top priority of the Allegheny Conference Transportation and Infrastructure Committee chaired by Gregory Jordan and Flemming Bjoernslev, it represents a big step forward in securing the competitiveness of Pennsylvania and our region for years to come.
