1 oz. hazelnut liqueur 1 oz. Irish cream 1-2 oz. cream or half & half 1 oz. honey simple syrup Chocolate shavings or chocolate straw Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a large martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings or a chocolate straw. 1½ oz. premium gin ¾ oz. black pepper honey syrup* 1 oz. watermelon juice ½ oz. lemon juice Watermelon Black pepper Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker full of ice and shake well for 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a small watermelon cube coated with black pepper on one side. *Black pepper honey syrup: Heat 1 cup water to boiling and add 2 tablespoons black peppercorns. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup honey. Strain to remove the peppercorns and cool before using. 1½ oz. premium organic vodka 1 oz. organic heavy cream 1 oz. organic egg white 1 oz. lavender honey syrup* Fresh lavender Add all ingredients over ice in a shaker and shake gently for 30 seconds to make a thick, creamy cocktail. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lavender. *Lavender honey syrup: Boil one cup of water and slowly stir in 1 cup of Lavender honey until dissolved. Lower heat and reduce for 3 minutes. Let cool. 6 oz. spicy bloody mary mix 1¾ oz. vodka 1½ oz. pineapple juice ½ oz. honey simple syrup Salt and pepper, to taste Lime wedges Pickled green beans, olives and cocktail onions Fill a pint glass with ice and add Bloody Mary mix, vodka, pineapple juice, honey simple syrup, salt and pepper. Tumble 3 or 4 times using a shaker or second empty glass. Pour into the serving glass and garnish with limes, pickled green beans, olives and cocktail onions. 1 oz. honey liqueur 1½ in. piece honeycomb 5 oz. sparkling wine or Champagne Pour the honey liqueur into a Champagne flute, add the honeycomb piece and fill the glass with sparkling wine or Champagne. 1¼ oz. gold tequila 2 oz. margarita mix ½ fresh, ripe mango 2 oz. honey simple syrup 1 scoop crushed ice Rim a Margarita glass with sugar. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth; pour into glass.
