I believe that this beautiful hotel in Palo Alto must be part of the equation. Graham, you've been with Four Seasons for eleven years. How does this property compare with the others you've worked at? Graham Williamson: I've worked at four tremendous Four Seasons properties, one of those twice. I joined the company in 2003. I grew up on the west coast of Scotland. Ah, so you're a wine director that's tight with a buck? (laughing) we like to say reasonable! I've worked in Sydney, Scottsdale, the Big Island of Hawaii and now Palo Alto.
