Right below us was Club XIX where I learned a lot about French wine. Wendy Heilmann: Well, now it's The Bench, and we're still teaching our customers about fine wine! You oversee the wine and spirits program for The Lodge at Pebble Beach and The Inn at Spanish Bay. All these wonderful restaurants, the great events: the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, Pebble Beach Food & Wine. Oh, and the corporate groups. Keeping busy, are we? I'm on the tightrope all the time. I have over 20 revenue centers that I'm responsible for manag- ing their beverage selections.
