I think if we hadn't made some of
those improvements in the past, it
would have been much harder to
make changes to every process this
year.
Just the same, the work
increased. For example, we had
to collect all those videos from
sponsors and nominees—all
nominees, because nobody knew
the winner until it was announced
on the night. And we had to collect
releases from everybody now that
we were streaming.
